We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

To all our new and current clients, by making your appointments and bringing your pets to Diamond Dogs Grooming Salon LLC we ask that you accept and follow our terms of agreement.

-Our cancellation policy is as follows ~ this time has been set aside specifically for you and your pet. Your groomer is unable to book that time for any other pet. 50% of the service charge is due if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation. 100% of the service charge will apply for a no show. Thank you for respecting your groomer’s time
-You are being recorded for both our safety and your pet’s
-We accept credit card, cash, or personal checks
-All pets must provide rabies vaccination date and vets phone number to be serviced. If there is a medical reason your pet cannot receive the vaccine please let us know
-We strive to make you and your pet happy. We stand by the quality of our services. Any concerns/issues will be happily fixed or addressed if they are communicated within 24 hours of your appointment
-Prices are subject to change at groomer’s discretion based on the pet’s coat, skin, actual weight, behavior, style requested, and condition of coat
-For dogs that are matted or tangled, you release Diamond Dogs of any liability and/or responsibility if any accidents occur. This includes nicks, cuts, skin irritation, hematomas, and underlying conditions that were not visible until the matted coat was removed. Ask your groomer how to prevent matting
-In the event of an emergency you authorize this establishment to seek necessary treatment for your pet at your expense
